Since 2002 we started to face more and more demand about the high precision machining for the precise components to matched the finished-product, and for making sure we can control the quality of the mass production, we developed the high precision workshop in that year, during 10 years developed, now we can produce the complex product/components by the 3 axis/ 4 axis and 5 axis CNC machine. Due to we no need to outsource the precise components, therefore our precision products can keep the advantage price for my clients and save lots of extra time for my clients to source the components.

The functional components is involved the safety issue for the whole set product, no matter how beautiful the finished product, but finally the safety and durable problem is the main focus point in the consumer market. My brass cylinder factory can take this responsibility to my clients, this part we also produce it and control the quality by ourselves.

In some specially situation, the zinc alloy components is better than the plastic material components because of the price advantage on the plastic, but now the zinc alloy is not a outsource in my factory, we can transfer this advantage to the quality advantage to my clients.
